How do I switch to video from an voice call or vice versa?

Petzey allows you to initiate a call through voice only. Once connected to a vet professional you are able to switch to and from video chat or chat. Only the pet parent can switch to the different platforms, vet professionals are not able to see the icons to change to different platforms. 

You can change to video by clicking the video icon on the bottom your screen. To change back to phone call from video, you can click the grey phone icon at the bottom of your screen.

To switch to chat, you can click on the icon in the top left corner of your screen. Once on the chat page, you can switch back to video or voice call with the icons in the top right corner.
