Yes, at the end of the consultation you will be prompted to complete a consultation summary of the call. You will want to include what the call was about, the recommendation(s) that were made to the pet parent, and all additional relevant information discussed with the pet parent. The consultation summary must be finished for the consultation to be complete. Once complete, payment to the veterinary professional will be processed. After you complete the consultation summary, the pet parent will receive a notification and be able to access the notes through their profile. The consultation summary will be available for the pet parent to access at any time as a traveling record of their consultation history.
