Which calls are routed to technicians and which calls are routed to veterinarians?

Our Petzey App does not discern which calls are routed to technicians and which calls are routed to veterinarians. The routing is based on the pet parent’s geographic location and the veterinary professionals that are available on the app to perform consultations.
